We believe in a truly holistic approach to healthcare, which is why we not only offer physical therapy, but wellness services (ie massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, personal training, and nutrition coaching). We are interconnected with a DME, Fern Medical Supplies, to offer compression garments and devices at the best rates. We also believe in a multi-disciplinary approach, and have professional relationships other PTs, OTs, SLPs, Psychologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Oncologists, Gynecologists, Orthopedists, PCPs, among others. We aim to provide comprehensive care by being true advocates who they can rely on throughout their lifetime.
Our pillars are Treatment, Education & Advocacy.
NCPT has a hybrid model, meaning we are a Cash Based practice and are also credentialed with traditional Medicare Part B. Most of our appointments are either at our Raleigh or Cary Locations, however we do offer in-home visits under certain conditions.
We are looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about working with people who have oncology, vascular and/or auto-immune medical history. Oncology Rehab includes treating individuals who may have the following impairments:
- Cardiopulmonary
- Neurologic
- Orthopedic
- Pelvic Floor
- Vascular
- Lymphatic
We expect this person to obtain a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and treat individuals with lymphedema, Lipedema, and vascular insufficiency. There is an opportunity to treat individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction, if that is something the candidate wishes.
Since we are a growing hybrid cash-based practice, we expect the candidate to engage in:
- Marketing
- Sales/Enrollment Training
- Community Outreach
- Workshops and Lunch & Learns
- Light Administrative Duties
Mentorship will be offered, so new grads and individuals that are not experienced working with the oncology/lymph populations are encouraged to apply. CLT will be reimbursed after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period
