Frustrated with insurance companies dictating your treatment? Audia Physical Therapy is a Cash-Based Physical Therapy Clinic located in Carlsbad, CA. Clinicians treat 5-7 patients per day with minimal documentation and have the opportunity for real mentorship and growth into a leadership role. Our mission is to provide excellent, patient-centered care and we are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist willing to go above and beyond for their patients.
Ideal candidate requirements
- Obsessed with all things physical therapy with a passion for getting people better
- At least 1 year of clinical experience working with patients with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
- Comfortable using manual techniques
- Coachable and excited to learn
- A self-starter that is efficient and organized
- A great team player, tech savvy, and has strong attention to detail
- Has good communication and listening skills
- Models a healthy and active lifestyle
Hours and schedule can be flexible. This position has the capability to grow into a leadership role.
Common Patient Populations we treat:
– Post-CVA and TBI
– Orthopedic dysfunctions of low back and neck
– Balance impairment
– Parkinsons Disease and GBS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
